Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and products provided by Acid Ichor. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Tattoo Appointments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments.

Deposits are used to secure your appointment slot and cover the artist’s preparation time, including consultation and design work.

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. However, deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is provided.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled once if at least 48 hours notice is given before the scheduled appointment time.

If less than 48 hours notice is provided, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your appointment and the deposit may be lost.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your appointment.

Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo.

Valid government-issued photo ID may be required before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if suitable identification cannot be provided.

Health & Safety

By booking a tattoo appointment you confirm that:

  • You are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • You do not have any medical conditions that may affect the tattoo procedure without informing the artist

  • You will follow the aftercare instructions provided

We reserve the right to refuse or stop a tattoo procedure if it is unsafe to continue.

Tattoo Design & Artwork

All tattoo designs created by Acid Ichor artists remain the intellectual property of the artist.

Tattoo designs may not be reproduced, copied, or used by other artists without permission.

​

Aftercare Responsibility

Proper aftercare is essential for healing.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

  • Allergic reactions

  • Improper healing conditions

  • Infection caused by poor aftercare

Clients are responsible for the care of their tattoo after leaving the studio.

Merchandise, Crystals & Aftercare Products

Acid Ichor sells clothing, crystals, and tattoo aftercare products through our studio and website.

We make every effort to ensure products are described accurately and packaged carefully.

Natural Products Disclaimer (Crystals)

Crystals are natural products, meaning variations in colour, shape, and size are normal and not considered defects.

 

Returns & Defective Items

We only accept returns for items that arrive defective or damaged.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Natural variations in crystals

  • Opened or used aftercare products (unless defective)

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery if an item is defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the item has been received and verified as defective, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Hygiene & Safety Products

For hygiene reasons, opened aftercare products cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Liability

Acid Ichor is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions to tattoo ink, aftercare products, or metals

  • Improper tattoo healing due to incorrect aftercare

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings within the studio

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including:

  • Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour

  • Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol

  • Requests for tattoos that are offensive, illegal, or unsafe

Changes to Terms

Acid Ichor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
