Returns & Defective Items Policy
At Acid Ichor, we take care to ensure all merchandise, crystals, and aftercare products are packaged and shipped in excellent condition.
Under UK consumer law, customers are entitled to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If an item arrives defective or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage (such as misprints, faulty stitching, damaged packaging, or broken items), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once reviewed, we will confirm whether the item qualifies for a replacement.

Return Shipping
If a defective item needs to be returned for inspection:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once the item has been received and verified as defective, we will arrange a replacement item or refund where appropriate.

Hygiene & Safety Items
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used aftercare products cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Natural Products Disclaimer (Crystals)
Crystals are natural products, meaning each piece will vary in size, colour, and formation. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
