Tattoo Deposits & Cancellation Policy
At Acid Ichor, deposits are required to secure all tattoo appointments. This policy ensures that artists’ time and preparation are respected and that appointment slots are fairly managed.

Tattoo Appointment Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required when booking a tattoo appointment.
Deposits secure your appointment slot and contribute toward the artist’s preparation time, including:

Consultation time

Design and drawing work

Reserving your appointment slot
The deposit amount will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Rescheduling Appointments
We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled once if you provide at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment.
Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.
If you need to reschedule more than once, a new deposit may be required.

Late Notice Rescheduling
If less than 48 hours notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete the tattoo within the scheduled time.
In this case, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit may be lost.

No Shows
If you do not attend your appointment and fail to notify us, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Cancelling Your Appointment
If you choose to cancel your tattoo appointment, the deposit remains non-refundable.

Why Deposits Are Required
Deposits help ensure that appointment slots are respected and allow artists to dedicate time to designing your tattoo.
Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from booking that time.
Booking an Appointment
To book a tattoo appointment at Acid Ichor, a deposit must be paid at the time of booking.
Once the deposit is received, your appointment will be confirmed.
