ABOUT US
Founded in 2023 by Gen as a private studio, the space has since expanded (twice now!) to keep growing for its wonderful clientele, to five times its original size.
Thriving not only as a studio for tattooing but as creative safe space & haven for like minded souls. Today, we’re proud to be providing a unique and whimsical tattoo studio in the countryside of Hertfordshire, welcoming clients from across the region and beyond.
We are a collaborative, inclusive environment where we help transform ideas into meaningful, custom pieces of art.
Every tattoo design thats created is driven by passion, precision, and a deep respect for individuality.
We are right next to the bustling town of Stevenage, with great Rail & Bus links to London, Welwyn, Hitchin & beyond!
The studio is a 1 min walk from the train station & bus stops.
There is street parking for 1 hour, or limited spaces for our tattoo clients right out front.

First time I’ve been to Acid Ichor Tattoo Studios in Knebworth and ‘I’ll be back’ …
Imogen put everyone at ease straight away - they’re were three of us having tattoos after we’d emailed her previously what we wanted - very attentive & chatty and so so happy with the results - aftercare was excellent also .. by the way can’t wait to see how the studios going to look after all the works done - Andy M / Lou & Meely

Very lovely staff and brilliant tattoos I had mine done by Mary (she is an apprentice) and I’m very pleased with the work she has done I can tell she has brilliant mentors around her, definitely would come back the place has a lovely vibe to it and everyone is nice and friendly

To make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, we have a donations- based community coffee station in our main hall for all your caffeine- based needs.
We also have a tattoo aftercare and gift shop within the studio, where you can support local artists and buy cool merch.
Please note: the studio is located on the first floor of the building and does not currently have stair-free access. We are in the middle of renovating the downstairs so we will soon have stair-free access!
We kindly ask clients to consider this when booking.
